This collection of recipes was put together to provide you with a source of
healthier eating. As with any other cooking, it is important to use your own
judgement in the way you prepare these dishes. One of the most important parts of
eating healthy is not to overeat. We suggest that you eat smaller portions each
meal, but eat more frequently. This is further explained in another section of
these web pages under the title of Diet and health.
